Hibisco apartments

Second time in this apartment! Loving the location, the spaciousness, the gentle and beautiful interior design! I absolutely adore the big candle holder! Well equipped, and super responsive staff! Peaceful with an amazing view to the cliffs and the ocean. In the evenings, you can hear the music from the restaurant, but that didn't bother me. Had a minor issue with water leaking under the sink, which was sorted and cleaned up promptly while i was out! Thank you!

Last time i asked about checkout time and was told it was anytime, this time i didn't ask, and cleaners turned up while i was still packing, we quickly agreed on a time, and it was sorted smoothly. So align with your checkout time.

Kitchen is very well equiped and electricity had obviously been upgraded (some similar apartments have old/underpowered electricity). Easy to cook for ourselves.

Shower took a long time to heat and was underpowered (Furred up pipes?). Loungers/dining chairs would have been nice. Bedroom ceiling light was very low wattage and didn't give much light.

Excellent location! I chose the place for the view, but it has exceeded my expectations! Spacious, comfortable, and so well equipped! Pretty, modern design: lamps, mirrors, hats, the little thoughtful additions... I especially loved the big candle holder in the living room! Added such a cozy atmosphere in the evenings! In every room there was more than enough space and storage. Everything i needed was easy and obvious to find. The staff was responsive and helpful. And it's close, walking distance from the beach, the natural pool, 2 shops, restaurants, and travel options. Perfect place for full relaxation and admiring the sheer beauty of nature. Sea view and mountain view: win-win!

It's a small thing: i would have preferred to have 100% cotton bedding - the sheet was a little worn and bubbly, which irritated my skin when it was more sensitive after sunbathing. (it was probably mixed fabric) Water pressure wasn't much of an issue for me - it just takes a little time. Don't let it hold you back! :)

The apartment was very good everything you need but we reported a problem with the water pressure as the shower was very slow and the toilet wasn’t flushing properly and we were told they would contact the water people on the Thursday we had a trickle out the taps and and flushing toilet when I made contact again I was told the water company couldn’t get there till Monday so that left us 2 days with no shower or toilet and nobody seemed bother that we hadn’t got this luckily a neighbour helped us and we left early terrible treatment
