Villa Aria - Modica

The villa was exceptional. The outdoor area is incredibly spacious, and the pool is a great size. The property is finished to a very high standard, with beautiful attention to detail throughout. Having every bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom was an added bonus and made our stay even more comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay!

Gate responder needs fixing

Beautiful villa with great views. Well looked after, clean and tidy. Very helpful, and responsive even when we had a power cut, that was nothing to do with the villa. Georgio still came out to check in and make sure everything was ok. Offered lots of help with local recommendations for places to eat. The area you really needed a car as nothing was walkable due to the roads being unsafe.

Was a little clinical without basics. No salt and pepper etc ensured we had toilet brushes but no toilet cleaner… managed fine without but simple extras would have been helpful as had to throw away so many basics at the end of the stay as unable to leave anything at the villa. The pool although was stunning was very cold as wasn’t heated… so didn’t use it as much as would have done. This is a personal choice and others may not find this a problem but would have been good to have known.

Sehr großräumig und perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht, um dort eigenständig zu kochen und zu leben.

Sauber, modern, tolle Lage und top Ausstattung
