Penthouse Sea View with terrace

Beautiful apartment, spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. It had everything you would need for relaxing and cooking. The views were amazing from the south facing terrace - the whole coast of Naxos and mountain views of Etna. A very well designed apartment idea for a family stay. Bus to the airport 5- minutes from apartmentn

Unfortunately technical issues with WiFi so no connection for our full stay. However the host tried to sort to no avail. You need to be fit and healthy as very hilly access but worth it for the views.

Lovely and spacious, very modern. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The approach to the property was very steep and also lots of steps.

The apartment was wonderful. Stylish and spacious. A lot of thought has gone into it by the host and it has everything you need there. Beautifully furnished, stunning views from the roof top terrace, comfy beds and pillows, aircon, a very well equipped kitchen and TV’s in every room. Even better than it looks in the photos amazingly. We arrived later than expected due to flight delays but this was not an issue although we did have to pay €40 for arriving outside of the check in time of 15:00-18:00. This felt reasonable when we were arriving past midnight. We were greeted by a lovely young man (Tano) who showed us around etc. and we really appreciated the chilled bottle of Prosecco and water left for us. The terrace is a beautiful space with sofas, 2 sunloungers, a hot tub, bbq and amazing views across Giardini Naxos and of mount Etna a great place to sit with a glass of wine. Just under a 10 minute walk down to the waterfront, bars/ restaurants and bus stops etc. 15 minute bus ride to Taormina (1€90). The host, Angela, was fantastic; extremely helpful, replied quickly and kind.

We loved our stay here and highly recommend. These are not complaints but a few things to note about the apartment is that you have to negotiate a very steep hill and lots of steps to the building and then the three floors to the apartment itself. This was very difficult with the suitcases although Tano kindly helped us when we arrived. There is a photo in the apartment listing of these stairs but we weren’t aware before our arrival. It was ok for us when we didn’t have luggage, but worth mentioning here. Also we were a little disappointed that the hot tub is not hot, it doesn’t heat up as the control panel wasn’t working so unfortunately we couldn’t use it.

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The arrival was not easy at all, as it was difficult to locate the property and figure out how to get there. Once we arrived, reaching the house required climbing a large number of stairs, which was very tiring, especially because the nearest parking area was quite far away. On top of that, the water pressure in the bathrooms was extremely low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The Wi-Fi connection was also poor and did not reach the bedrooms properly. Overall, the access to the property was much more difficult than expected, and the issues with the water pressure and internet made the stay less comfortable than it should have been. I believe these are important things that future guests should be aware of before booking.
