A tetőterasz fantasztikus. A fürdőszobák tiszták, felújítottak. a konyha jó allapotban van, Van ruhaszárító, ami sok tengerparti lakásból hiányzik.Nagyon jó a lakás beosztása . A ház minden pontjáról csodás a kilátás.

A hűtő koszos. Néhány széket ki kellene cserélni, rozogák.

Great pritate rocky beach

For family with three kids spacious apartment with some “but’s”…. Sea just behind which is very nice. Near centre and easy to park car. Relative to price, very big.

No airco while place gets very hot on warm days. A strong negative. Whilst there is a new kitchen and two new bathrooms it overall suffers from some neglect: some chairs broken, lamps that do not work, and for ex only one ventilator - notable as there are 4 bedrooms and no airco.

- Communication was quick with the built-in translator from the Booking app - The location is great; 15min walk to the nearest sand beach and shop, with other bars and restaurants along the way - The view of the Mediterranean from the balcony and the common room is stunning - There is a garden with the private access to the sea

- The rooftop balcony was not accessible due to damage; this was not mentioned prior nor has the price been adapted because of it - The bedding was stained - The bathrooms were poorly equipped (no hand or shower soap, barely any toilet paper) - The washing machine did not work - The light in one room did not work - Some wall sockets did not work - Some furniture was missing when compared to the photos - There was a toilet brush in the kitchen (?!) - We couldn't use one bedroom even though it was listed in the booking - The water in both kitchen and the bathrooms only has one temperature (mildly warm) - Overall quite run down and not well maintained
