Large, clean apartment with two bathrooms for our family of five, great balconies with great views. Great location - 10 to 15 minute walk to beaches and center of town, bus stop & pastry shop very close & great pizza place on the corner. Secure, on-site parking space is available for a charge per night. Communication with host was easy and welcoming treat of gelato in freezer was awesome!
I would have liked to meet the host once at the beginning of our stay, but that is my personal preference.
No soap/shampoo in showers which is fine - just good to know before you get there.

The host is a very nice person. The accomodation is great. It's a little bit more expensive than others in the area, but it's worth it. Distance to the beach is just a few minutes and it's also right next to biggest bus station from Recanati.
I think a potential improvement could be a shelf above the beds to act as a nightstand and also an adjustable light lamp. Other than this, no other suggestions. Oh, maybe the linghting lamp are a little bit too big, as you can hit them if you're not careful in the upstairs rooms.

Fin leilighet med nærhet til det meste. Hadde alt vi trengte av utstyr for en familie på 7. Hadde til og med parasoller og strandleker til barna. Verten var rask til å svare og kom med gode forslag til aktiviteter og utflukter. Vi fikk vann og is i velkomstgave. Kommer gjerne tilbake

The location is good. 10 min walk to beach, 15 min walk to main part of Giardini Naxos beach. The Euro Market which was a short walk away was great for water and food supplies. The host supplied a bottle of water and coffee pods to start. The views of Mt Etna were really good. A good apartment to base from to see all the sites in the area including Mt Etna and Taormina.
There is a spiral staircase to the second level where there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms. It was a bit difficult to take our suitcases up this staircase. There is a bedroom and bathroom downstairs for anyone with mobility problems.
