canapele foarte murdare, a trebuit sa spalam invelitorile de la perini, ca sa putem folosi canapeaua, tapiteria scaunelor era patata cu mancare, mucegai in cadita de dus, curatenia living room-ului a fost superficiala, gazdele au fost instiintate despre nemultumirea noastra si nu au luat masuri, nu recomand apartamentul care desi frumos, nu a fost curat.

Tolles Apartment in ruhiger Wohnanlage in Casares Costa.

Ein sehr schönes, geräumiges und ruhiges Apartment mit einer sehr schönen Sonnenterrasse in einer großen Wohnanlage. Das Apartment befindet sich ziemlich am Ende der Anlage mit Blick ins Grüne. Der Parkplatz befindet sich vor dem Haus. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, in der Küche war alles was man braucht( wir haben nur einen Mixer vermisst). Geschirr, Gewürze, Spülmittel war alles vorhanden. Es gab sogar ARD ZDF UND SAT1 im Fernsehen (Prog. 203 bis 205) Die Betten waren bequem, jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, mit der man die Zimmer individuell heizen konnte. Das Apartment befindet sich ca.500 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Man muss über eine Fußgängerbrücke eine stark befahrene Straße überqueren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lidl, Mercadonia sind ca.1,5 km entfernt und mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Für den kurzfristigen Lebensmittelbedarf gibt es in der Tankstelle vor der Wohnanlage einen kleinen Supermarkt. Wir waren 1 Woche dort wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Wir können das Apartment sehr empfehlen.

Es sind Kleinigkeiten, die das Gesamtbild aber nicht verschlechtern sollen. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer blättert unten an der Wand die Wandfarbe ab. Es war nicht weiter störend sieht aber nicht schön aus. Im Bad mit Badewanne( alles sehr sauber) ist es so, dass bei der Toilettenbenutzung als großer Mensch man entweder schräg sitzt oder gerade sitzt und das Kinn auf dem Waschbecken liegt. Das ist nicht mehr änderbar, das haben die Handwerker beim Einbau verbockt. Zur Not kann man auch die Toilette im 2.Badezimmer benutzen. Wie gesagt, es sind nur Kleinigkeiten die stören aber das sehr gute Gesamtbild nicht schmälern.
