A very nice apartment close to the beach with a huge deck and a beautiful view

There is a wonderful view from the apartment and from the huge deck, and it's an easy walk down to the beach. The apartment is spacious and had everything we needed, including a parking garage. Plus, our host (Daniel) was very helpful.

For us, the town was a little far to walk to, but that probably made it quieter and less crowded, too.

Fabulous place

Fantastic Apt 017 is with a great sea view, very clean, very comfortable, each room had a bathroom, you feel the quality in everything. It was equal to a 5 stars hotel for us. Quiet area, we slept with the open window. Few steps to the beach. We would return anytime there. Great place to stay!

We recommend this complex!

The staff were so kind and accommodating. Cristina recommended many restaurants and places for us to visit. She was always available when we needed her. The grounds were well groomed, and the beach was beautiful.

The lounges were not out on the beach. It was during the off-season, but I think they should ha e been available.

Unable to utilize the pre-paid booking. Expect money back!

Could not complete our ‘pre-paid’ booking. The address to location was to a construction zone. No one answered the phone on the listed number or calling back to a message left. The email booking directions felt like a scam (asked for private information). I hope my money will be returned to me.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY

The host Cristina was extremly helpful, very kind and always available. The location was just great, next to the beach. We also enjoyed the swimming pools. What is more, we were nicely surprised by nice welcoming in our apartment: we received basket with fruits, bread, milk, coffee, water and much more. The apartment was perfectly clean and it offered much more than expected.

Amazing apartment

The apartment I was in was exceptional . From the layout to the spacious balconies & I’ve never experienced such attention to detail . From welcome basket inc milk bread fruit etc to the extra touches like sachets of sunscreen in bathrooms ! Pool & surrounding areas are very well kept ! Cristina & Daniel are very accommodating from before arrival to leaving day NOTHING was to much trouble

The location of the property is a 20 minute drive from Estepona , it’s really more Manilva area which is beautiful . However you do need transport . I hired a bike & that worked for me going to shop etc

The place is amazing. 20 meters from the locked area of the hotel there is a wild beach and a bar with sunbeds. Free parking next to the bar. The rooms and kitchen were clean and well equipped. Great view!

nothing we found somewhere else that day we didn’t even stay one night

we were expecting it to actually be in Estepona but it was 17 kilometres away there were two swimming pools that were closed and didn’t open till June the beach was filthy the apartment was clean and hospitable and had it have been in Estepona we would have quite happily stayed but I did not want a 34 kilometre round trip to go into Estepona each evening to eat as it wasn’t my intention to drive in the evening’s as we wanted Estepona as a base as it was predominantly a sightseeing trip in the day and walking out in the evening to eat.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE DESCRIPTION NOR THE FEEDBACK FOR THIS APARTMENT

We were supposed to have been met at the location by the host, instead we were sent instructions via Whatsapp on how to locate the apartment. When we arrived we could not get through the wooden fenced entrance gate as we did not have the key fob. We only got in when a resident opened the gate. Once inside the foyer we contacted the host as the reception offices had closed down. The host told us to follow the instructions already sent. The keys to the apartment where in a keybox on the door. The apartment was quite dark with not much natural light as the only exterior windows were located in an inner courtyard. The balcony was small with a large table taking up half of the space but no chairs. The balcony was supposed to have a sea view which was impossible (see photo) and only looked across into other apartments. There was no sun on the balcony. CN-340 seems to be a rental company and not the resort name. The building is the Don Juan which was an aparthotel. The building looks like an old municiple building and not at all inviting. The entrance foyer is fenced off with a wooden fence with a wooden entrance gate. When we complained to the hosts they argued with us and that we had not read the Booking.com description correctly and that it was our fault. We refused to stay but they would not refund us nor would they supply us with a Hojas del Quejas y Reclamaciones form which, they are obliged by Spanish law to provide if requested by a customer whom has a complaint. This was the one bedroom apartment and the only option listed on Booking.com at the time of booking. The photos listed must be quite old and certainly only show the very best of what is a tired building/resort. The photos on the listing are generic and apply to all apartments listed by this host and so not true to this apartment when it is the only apartment available. I have added true photos that the host would not want to guests to see.

Well maintained apartment with direct acccess to the beach.

Ease of pick up of keys even at 2300! That fruit basket along with the welcome pack of biscuits, coffee, MILK, olive oil. Cleanliness. Our host responded quickly to our needs

Our room was close to the A7 and our balcony view (2nd floor) was of the walkway in front of us. The hot water ran out very quickly. To be fair, I did inform our host and he offered to call a technician immediately which I didn't take him up on.

Great value and hope to go back

A nice welcome reception with several fresh fruits and breakfast treats. Host very friendly and swift response to a request. All equipment new and good quality products. Clean with nice finishes. Fantastic views!! Great beach 100m from unit with a nice beach bar/restaurant. This property can definitely be recommended.

It is a bit far from shops with no nightlife close. One should have own transport.
