Beautiful house in a great location with gorgeous views, a few minutes walk from the harbour. the house was well presented and clean with everything you need
Parking was not good at all. On arrival we were able to stop outside the property to unload but then had to drive around to find somewhere to park, ended up parking a few streets away. Did manage to park closer the next day. It was a good job it was not a busy time

We had a great week at winkle cottage, Hannah, the host gave us clear instructions for our arrival and departure. A comfortable stay, especially the Sofa and beds.. Harbour views were lovely , and housed some great bars and restaurants , and not overly busy considering it was July. Plenty of places to visit, we had a ride on the south Devon railway to Towes and visited the lovely Paignton zoo. We even visited my neice in Plymouth, and went on a ferry to Cornwall.
Quant cottage with limited Storage…. We could have done with a wardrobe. Perhaps where the dressing table is or the laundry basket. The bedside tables in the front bedroom, could perhaps have drawers, to give a bit more storage. We didn’t put our bits of food away that we had brought, but was fine for a few days…. We knew Brixham was hilly, but walking up to the car, or back up from the harbour was a killer. Only suitable for able bodied..
