Bad experience

The room is not clean, the beddings not change still having some stains, the A.C. not getting cold, I booked for Master's bedroom I'm expected to have private bath but I'm getting shared bathroom. toilet is not clean.

Horrible Management

Location of the room is close to everything

The rooms are not the same as mentioned, bad smells I arrived at 10:00 am after requesting an early check-in, but the room was not available. Also,I came back at 2:00 pm still the room is not available and the worker tried to give me a different room which I rejected I waited until 8 pm to get my room however the bed was damaged and fell down while I'm sleeping In addition, the location is wrong it's located in building number 9. The managers are not responding to the calls and messages and keep delaying. I won't return back and never recommend it even for my enemy.

Worst decision of my life to book this property.

Nothing at all.

This is the worst property and the worst staff. I don’t think anyone could give a worse service than this. Rude and cheaters. I booked for 2 nights and paid for 2 nights. On the second night when I came back, they had given the room to someone else and told me that they assumed that I had checked out. They refused to give me my room back and didn’t bothered to give me a solution. I ended up without a room in the middle of the night. The worst staff and management.

The worst property & my last booking with booking.com

Horrible stay & it was my last booking at booking.com , how come booking.com can promote such property who don't have basic arrangements.

I booked a master bedroom, it was the first Master bedroom I saw with 2 single dirty beds. The receptionist took 40 Dhirams in advance for early check in . Once I paid 40 Dhirams, he said the master bedroom will be free at 2pm , he gave me another small room with a broken bed. I left the property at 6 pm , I couldn't even stay 4 hours properly.

These were very rude people.

I stayed here for three nights and it was a very bad experience. These are liars. I am also uploading a picture of the company name. No one should book a room with them. They should have put some more pictures on Booking.com and I will show you their real face.

I said you guys wrote a lot in the picture and in the details. But there is nothing like that here. When I take a some pictures of kichan and room, the worker started acting very rude. He tried to fight me in front of my family when I said I will tell the police. His owner said you should cancel the booking.
