Very Bad Experience – Avoid This Place

Worst Hostel Experience Ever This was the worst stay I have ever experienced. After confirming late check-in, I arrived and found no one at reception. I called many times with no response and waited for one hour. Finally, I had to knock on the staff room to get help. They demanded 70 AED extra for late check-in and refused to give a room unless I paid. The staff attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. The room was very small and filthy. Dirty walls, smelly bed, broken toilet hand spray, dirty toilet, and damaged shower. Parking was also full. I left early morning because I could not stay there. Please avoid this hostel. It is not worth your money.

I was given a partition with single bed which wasn’t expected. And additional suprised charges were asked for late arrival. Which wasn’t informed earlier.

Booking room in Abudhabi UAE 🇦🇪

Financially, it's acceptable, but comfort is lacking. The dividing walls are made of non-soundproof wood, so noise easily travels between rooms, and cooking smells spread throughout the space. While cleanliness is decent, the bathrooms are extremely narrow. There are no staff members on-site—you can only contact someone by phone, which was inconvenient when the lift broke during my stay. Additionally, you have to climb five floors to reach the room, with no elevator available. It's important to note that this is not a traditional hotel, but rather a shared apartment divided into small rooms—some of which have no windows.

If you're looking for privacy, quiet, or easy access, this may not be the best option. However, it could work for short stays if you're on a tight budget and don’t mind the shared living environment.

Really Really disappointed 😞 I lost my money property showed is different location and room and property owner gave me very bad room with single bed 🛏️ for my family I stayed one night next booking I cancelled but the money did not refunded I lost almost 136AED 156AED property. Owner cudnot provide the actual room and told me to take cancellation once I did cancellation the money is not refunded I lost my money
