first of all hotel sangat10x selesa, katil nyaman, kebersihan on top, tiada lif. Saya sempat jumpa staff 2 syif, dua2 very friendly. Tapi banyak sangat pencemaran bunyi. kawasan belakang ada on karaoke sampai tengah malam (tak sure setiap hari ke apa), toddler nk tidur memang susah. Bilik family pula menghadap jalan utama. Area parking banyak sport car, petang tu Lamborghini ramp sangat kuat maybe to flex I don't know lah, sah2 laaa kamu park @ hotel area kan. Anak kecik pulak tengah tidur masa tu. 🤷🏻 Overall, Check in & check out very smooth & sangat memudahkan guest, even key card pun dapat 2.👍🏻👍🏻

Receptionist sangat friendly very helpful. Kita check in overnight tapi receptionist assist happy2 je. Bilik pun selesa dan luas ye. Mmg berbaloi
