    Genuinely impressed with this place. Stayed 3 nights and the room was spotless the whole time, felt way nicer than what I paid for it. They also have a washer, dryer and microwave available for guests (just bring 100 yen coins for the machines) which was a game changer for a longer trip. Staff were super helpful too, sorted out an extra night I needed last minute without making it a thing. And the location is unbeatable, FamilyMart, Seiyu and Omiya station all within 5 minutes walk. Already recommended it to a friend.

    Our stay was really comfortable but I still wonder why they chose to put a mother with a 2 year old son right next to the smoking room. The smell of smoke was entering the room even during the night. I would check that next time.

    Location not very close to station but ok. No dispenser for hot water and no water dispenser. Laundry facilities available. Hot water not consistent. Sometimes hot sometimes cold
