急な宿泊にも丁寧に対応してくださり、とても助かりました。 部屋もきれいで、設備も充分でした。部屋の灯りも調光·調色ができました。全般に快適で安心してゆったりと過ごすことができました。

The property feels modern, clean and well organised. Despite being in Kyoto, it was generally very quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to rest and work. Having a private bathroom was a huge plus, and the common area downstairs was comfortable and useful. Check-in was straightforward, and I appreciated the keypad entry system rather than having to manage physical keys. The pricing was also reasonable compared to many other options in Kyoto. I enjoyed my stay enough that I returned for a second booking.

The rooms are a little small, although this is fairly common in Japan. The fridge (in my room anyway) can be noisy when cycling on and off, which may bother light sleepers. On arrival I was frustrated to find no kettle in the room, only later discovering that kettles are available downstairs in the common area. Better communication about this would have helped. I also wish bowls, plates and cutlery were provided for guests, particularly as there is a hotplate available downstairs. For longer stays, not everyone wants to eat out every night, and basic dining items would make self-catering much easier.

有電梯不用扛行李上樓，旅宿樓高3層，周邊為住宅區樓高基本一致，房號301為邊間面後方住宅區，採光非常優秀，白天遮光簾拉開可照亮整個寢室區及通往洗浴區的走道，洗浴區配備一應俱全，浴室廁所在同一空間但各自獨立，一切空間應用都安排的恰到好處，一樓櫃檯有提供洗衣膠囊，令人感到非常貼心且驚喜

交誼廳的簡易廚房，如果能提供料理用油及基本調味料(鹽、胡椒)的話對居住天數不長的旅人來說會更加友善
