The location is absolutely perfect!! Beach access very close by. The property itself is fine. You definitely can tell it’s a rental. It’s in need of some TLC. Would have been nice if the deck had usable chairs. The garden hose broke while we were there and no response to the maintenance request (used for cleaning off sand before entering the house). With that being said, we will keep this on the list for a potential re-visit!
