We have successfully rented the home for 20 plus years. Families have a wonderful and relaxing vacation. Home is extremely attended to by the Owners. Please see our photos and review descriptions so you can plan your stay. 3 day stays prior to June 20th. 7 day stays during the summer June 20th to August 31st.
June and July arrivals and departures are on Fridays. August arrivals and departures are on Sunday.

The sleeping areas in the home on the main floor are:

Room 1-master bedroom with a king size bed. Door to close off room for privacy.

Room 2-twin bedroom with two twin beds. Door to close off room for privacy.

Room 3-third room with a double sized futon Funiture base sofa bed. Door to close off room for privacy.

Room 4-family room with 2 sofa double beds (the 3 rooms mentioned each have a door to close off their room and close off from the living room for privacy)

Upstairs:

Room 5-master bedroom with queen bed. Door to close off room for privacy.

Room 6-loft with a double sized futon furniture base sofa bed. It is an open loft located to the right of the entrance way stays.

Our home has been updated every year. We kept the historical character while adding modern features. 2022 additions: flat screen tvs on wall arms, a daybed, new dining chairs, and wardrobe closets, new 2022 microwave., refrigerator, and dishwasher. We have a 2024 fall new roof and roof deck, new windows, carpets, home remodeled and painted, and new hvac. Newer dishes and many new linens and appliances and more. Also, new lawn furniture cushions are found at the home. We have guests return for several years now. We appreciate families staying at our home. All rental stays for groups and/or families are for the entire 2-story home with separate exterior entrances for upstairs and downstairs. First and Second floor Interiors are not connected but within the same home. Great for extended families and groups.
2 kitchens and 2 washer and dryers. Energy efficient windows retaining historical woodwork, newer air conditioner, furnace and water heater. Wifi and Roku streaming. 4-car parking (2 within garage). Unique spacious yard. Side and Back yard are fenced.

Owned and rented home for 20 years. Guests have enjoyed their stay. They just love the home, Town, and beach/lake. State beach-Lake Michigan is just under a mile from the home. 1 block to town where restaurants, shops, services, entertainment is located plus Musical Fountain.

Family room offers comfortable two double-sized sleeper sofas with TV. Kitchen with new refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Newer, fully renovated Full bath with upgraded fixtures. Dining room and Family Room. Hardwood floors throughout home, tall column pillars, tall ceilings, and ceiling fans for comfort give character to this home. Spacious yard.

Living room within the lower level can be closed off from other rooms as all rooms have doors with the exception of a door opening past dining room to kitchen.

Upper Level: Updated, freshly painted, fully furnished, sleeps 4. One spacious bedroom with queen bed. One full bath. Loft separate room off stairs with highest quality futon sleeper sofa double bed. Also, separate family room with TV. Updated Kitchen. All wood floors and newer surroundings & furniture. Outdoor spacious deck with solar lights. Access from family room.
