One block from the boardwalk which takes you right to the beach! 3 bedrooms (one bedroom with attached bathroom), as well as a sleeper sofa. Two full bathrooms. Full laundry room inside the unit. Two dedicated parking spaces. Attached deck is perfect for a glass of wine to watch the sun go down, and there is a shared rooftop deck for people watching or sunning! The kitchens are large and well equipped featuring maple cabinets, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances.

My family stayed here for their aunt's 80th birthday celebration. The unit was perfect! Everything was clean, comfortable, and fantastic location! They loved being on Washington St. in the downtown area and so close to everything!

Only 3 of 6 of us could go this year so the size worked. All bedrooms have queen beds so any more would have been tight fo is. You can hear the neighbors on both sides but nothing terrible for us, I just slept with earbuds and music. The ice maker was not working upon arrival. When I messaged the owner they had ice made available for us from the store downstairs. Very accommodating and easy.For a fall rental it would have been cozy to have some blankets for snuggling up for cozy chats in the living room. Overall we had a lovely time even though it was cold and rainy all weekend.
