Chez Augustine is a charming holiday home located in the heart of the countryside, just outside Montignac and only 3 km from the famous Lascaux IV site. The house offers complete privacy, even though it is attached to a year-round rental property. On the first floor, there is a living room with a lounge area, sofa, armchair, TV, internet access, and a kitchen/dining area with a tabletop refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and microwave (no dishwasher). Upstairs are two bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed (160 cm) and the second a double bed (140 cm), both with built-in wardrobes. You will have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and single sink. Separate WC. Laundry room with washing machine, accessible from the courtyard, with bicycle storage available. A private, fully enclosed 15m² courtyard with garden furniture, a deck chair, and a gas barbecue. On-site parking space under a carport.
