Dogs:
◦ We welcome up to 2 dogs and have a fenced-in yard for your them to play. Food and water bowls are available in the Dearborn Room, with an additional bowl in the kitchen for outdoor activities.
◦ All dogs must be on a leash when outside of the fenced area of the rental property.
◦ Dogs should not be left unattended inside the home unless crated.
◦ Dogs are allowed on furniture in the Dearborn Room. Guests must clean up all pet waste promptly and dispose of it properly. A pet waste dispenser and scooper are available at the side door of the garage.
◦ Excessive barking or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
◦ All dogs must be treated for fleas and ticks before arrival.
◦ Guests assume full responsibility for any damage or injuries caused by their dogs.
◦ We understand accidents happen and we have cleaning supplies to clean the mess. Do leave us a note so we can do a deep clean of the area before the next arrival.
Guest Policy :
◦ Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight. Additional persons on the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
◦ Any visitors need to leave by 10pm.
Property Care:
◦ We ask that you treat our home with the same care you would your own, maybe even a little extra!
◦ Please keep the property and furnishings in good condition so future guests can enjoy it too.
Liability:
◦ The property is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises.

Really enjoyed staying in this home. The owner (Shelly) was very attentive and helpful.There were six of us, and we all slept comfortably and had no issues. Location is great and in close proximity to anything we wanted to do in Dearborn, downtown and relatively close to Ann Arbor as well. Also easy drive to/from the airport. Would stay here again.

The hosts were excellent communicators. They checked in to ensure our comfort. They provided a dog-friendly environment on the first floor and in the backyard. The property is comfortable and well-maintained. We couldn't be happier about our stay in this lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming Dearborn home. The space was exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed with up-to-date decor and small touches that made it feel welcoming and comfortable. The owner was highly responsive and attentive, which made the entire experience seamless. The location was also idea - convenient and well situated for getting around the metro area. Stayed for the Christmas holiday to spend time with family in the greater Detroit area. We would absolutely recommend this rental and would gladly stay again.
