About this house rental
Conveniently located in Snow Woods near Beaumont hospital (Corewell Health Dearborn Hospital) and Greenfield village. The diversity in restaurants nearby is simply amazing.
This is a three bedroom home with plenty of beds
The house has a living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. A master bedroom on upper floor. And, a gaming/lounging area along with a dedicated workspace in the basement.
You may use the whole house. And the exterior as well.
-Towels and linens
Please gather all towels and linens and place them in the hamper.
- DIRTY DISHES
Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher (no need to start it) or simply wash them.
This is a smoke/drug-free house. A $275.00 fine will apply for smoking or use of any drugs inside the house.

The property was very adequate for our needs (a couple) that included having a doggy guest. Communication was excellent, we really felt welcomed and informed of the expectations of our stay. The only desk was on the basement, which it gives you a lot of privacy, but I would have loved to have the natural light through a window. We couldn't set up n the dining room because of the electrical prone, we had the three prone end. The bedroom upstairs

The home was clean, tidy and very nicely furnished, in a safe residential neighborhood. It's great location, especially if you need access to the airport, Beaumont Dearborn, Greenfield Village or Downtown Detroit. Be sure to check out the restaurants on Michigan Ave. Our host Gadi was extremely responsive and helpful--a pleasure to work with. The only drawback was there is really only one bathroom. There is a toilet in the basement, but it is too basic to be considered a 'half bath' (listing indicated 1 bathrooms, but did not include a photo). The basement toilet works, and we used it when the bathroom was occupied, but be prepared to wash hands in the laundry tub and bring hand soap and hand towel downstairs with you.
