This newly renovated townhouse will be the perfect place to stay for one night, a few nights or even weeks. Located in the historical Springwells park. 15 minute drive from DTW as well as downtown Detroit. Downtown Dearborn is only a few minutes away
This townhouse is has one parking spot in front of the garage.
The main floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen and primary bedroom.
The primary bedroom has a King size bed, and an office space.
The second level has bedroom number two and three along with the bathroom. Beddroom #2 has two full beds. Bedroom #3 has a twin over full bunk bed along with working space(desk and chair).
The basement has the game room and laundry room. The sofa in the game room turns into a bed for extra sleeping area. The laundry room has a washer and dryer.
Please note that the only bathroom in this property is on the second floor.
You may access the whole property. But, the backyard is spacious and shared.

House was clean. Cozy with nostalgic vibes with creaky steps and floors. Kitchen was lightly stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Several blinds need to be replaced in the house. Served our needs for our short stay near Detroit.
