Sufficient. Decent beds. Actually loads of bed space and there's a big basement too with plenty of room to spread out.

Kitchen table can only accommodate 4 so if you're using all the beds you'll have to eat in shifts. Showing signs of wear. House hadn't been aired and must have had a smoker at some point as it was stale masked by heavy air freshener.

Location & the customer service

If they upgrade the downstairs bedroom with a queen or king bed than it would be better for couples sharing the house otherwise you need to share the upstairs bathroom.
