location was nice, close to Alameda park, restaurants, shopping, and transportation
Owner or property manager should be there on first day to explain features of apartment, such as fans, TV, entrance door code, security at entrance. Coffee maker was broken, so no coffee. Shower needs a good cleaning, some mold and mildew in tile grout, Bath mat needs to be replaced. Entire apartment needs repainting. Kitchen counter chairs are frayed. The apartment is showing signs of wear.
