Beautiful lake escape in cozy, well-decorated and clean apartment with stunning view of Como

The view from the front garden of the lake was stunning: we loved having breakfast or drinks on the patio while enjoying the view. The pool ambiance also made the stay feel luxurious. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped to fix meals and relax watching a movie on the big screen. The architecture of the refurbished old buildings was charming. Communication with host was convenient by text and check-in instructions picture were clear. Would recommend this place to friends!

Paint was flaking off of walls in downstairs bedroom and there were a number on inchworm that appeared overnight and needed cleaning.

Breathtaking views from a family friendly house

The views from the location (and from the garden and the living room) are an absolute stunner!! Cannot imagine a better view of both the mountains, the peaks with snow and the peaceful lake! Just unimaginable! The house is very functional, has everything to do with kids and has also 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it's very handy for a big family!! Marta was at our disposal for any question, very easy to reach and ask! The parking is private and just under the house so no danger of not having space and no need of long logistics!

The location is difficult to reach without a car so if a traveller is using public transport or has difficulties walking uphill, the location might be an issue.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider enttäuscht.

Die Lage über dem Comer See ist sehr schön. Vor allem der über der Ferienwohnung liegende Pool mit Blick auf dem See und die umliegenden Berge war traumhaft schön.

Die Garagen sind großzügig, allerdings liegen sie derart weit unten, dass der Anstieg zu Fuß in die Wohnung sehr beschwerlich ist. Gerade wer nicht so gut zu Fuß ist, hat es schwer. Der letzte nicht asphaltierte oder gepflasterte Zugangsweg zur Wohnung ist ungesichert und nachts nicht beleuchtet. Direkt neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein baufälliges Haus mit einem rostigen Geländer. Vom Pool aus ist der blick nicht beeinträchtig, von der Wohnung aus sieht man einen großen Hochspannungsmasten. Kein schöner Anblick. Ist auf den Fotos für uns nicht ersichtlich gewesen. Die Wohnung selbst hat ein Feuchtigkeitsproblem. Es lief ein Trocknungsgerät, das relativ laut war und es hing ein extra Hinweisschild, dass ein weiteres Zimmer nicht benutzt werden soll. Wir hätten das Gerät abstellen sollen, hat man uns hinterher auf unsere Beschwerde hin gesagt. Auf dier Idee wären wir nicht gekommen angesichts des Feuchtigkeitsproblems. Kann man aber auch gern vor der Buchung den Gästen mitteilen. Die Lautstärke hat unsere Nachtruhe erheblich gestört. Insgesamt haben die Begleitumstände unseren Aufenthalt negativ beeinträchtigt. Wir würden keinesfalls nochmal hier buchen. Leider kam man uns hinterher auch in keinster Weise entgegen.

Oprócz złego dojazdu i przykrości od sąsiadów reszta b. fajnie. Polecam na dłuższy pobyt i relaks

Fajny dom, piękny widok na jezioro Como, dobre wyposażenie. Bardzo fajny basen.

Brak dojazdu do budynku , bagaże trzeba nosić ok 100 m po bardzo słabej ścieżce. Uwaga - jeśli zaparkujesz auto na końcu tej ścieżki to możesz mieć uszkodzony samochód przez jakiegoś sąsiada . Tak niestety nam się stało , złamana antena i inne drobiazgi no i zepsuta atmosfera po takiej małej agresji....
