Amazing view at Lake Como in a modern, spacious and comfortable apartment

very nice, modern, spacious and comfortable appartement. Master bedroom with en suite + separate bathroom with two bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine available. AC is impeccable. 15 min walk to the city center (take the small walkway to the right at the stop sign for the nicest walk). The view is amazing. The host is always reachable with tips for restaurants and getaways.

One small item I would recommend is to add some higher end furniture (e.g. lounge seat) on the terrace, it would fit and complement the rest of this fantastic apartment.

Fantastic! We wouldn’t change a thing.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, with big bedrooms and a large terrace overlooking the lake. It’s very well equipped and we had everything we needed. We found it spotlessly clean and well maintained with modern fittings throughout. The beds and pillows are very comfortable and we all slept really well. It’s only a 15 minute walk from Bellano along a cobbled footpath and the location of the house is very quiet and peaceful. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and made themselves available in case we needed anything. I highly recommend this apartment to families or small groups wanting to visit the central lake area.

Modern villa with outstanding views of Lake Como.

Our hosts were very welcoming. The outstanding view of Lake Como from our spacious villa was great. Kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed cooking meals. The clean, modern styling was outstanding.

A better map or instructions to locate the property would be helpful.

Wonderful views, even better than you can see on the pictures. A very comfortable appartment, very clean, spotless kitchen, very well equipped for cooking. We felt very well received and would definitely want to come back! Also the fact that the owner gave us a parking spot in the garage was perfect - and not often to find at the Lago di Como!

Surprised by the fact that the maximum daily temperature in the apartment can only be 20 degrees (it was winter time), which is not enough for me. The owner recommended the use of additional air conditioning to raise the temperature. The rented apartment covers 120 m2, but since there were only two of us, some rooms and the other bathroom were locked 🤷🏻‍♂️, which is illogical if you pay the price of the apartment. Access to the apartment from a very large private garage is via steep stairs, which is tiring, especially if you have health problems.

Brilliant view on Lake Como

Villa Vista Lago has a large terrace that offers brilliant views on Lake Como, which we enjoyed very much. The apartment itself is very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, but don't speak many other languages than Italian, making communication rather difficult.

Based on the available pictures you get the impression that the apartment is practically alone-standing, which is not the case. You share a building with the owners: the apartment is on the upper level, they live on the level below. When you want to leave the apartment, you have to cross their garden. Not a deal breaker, but I would have liked to know this from beforehand.

It was a nice and clean, very well equipped property with a great view.

It is not really a beachfront property. The public beach is approx. 1.8 km away down the hill and you have to walk along the normal street for a while, next to the by-passing cars, to get there. On the way back home you have the same distance but up the hill which - in the burning sun - is not really that pleasant.

Villa vista lago

La propreté, la vue sur le lac, l appartement spacieux, le linge de toilette et draps fournis, le garage, la réactivité de l hôte.

Il manque des choses comme une éponge, une carafe (pour l eau), des bols... Trop bruyant: les personnes qui vivent au RDC se lèvent tôt et on les entend extrêmement bien 😞, le chien du voisin que l on entend bien aussi, les voisins locataires du 1er étage qui discutent fort sur leur balcon jusqu'à très tard (plus de minuit) et très tôt le lendemain... L isolation n est vraiment pas top par rapport au prix, c est dommage.
