Charming visit in Bellano

The location was phenomenal - beautiful views above the harbour of Bellano on Lake Como. The property itself was very close to restaurants, shopping, the train station and the Orrido di Bellano (easy walking distance - although some ancient, beautiful stairs are necessary. Something to be aware of if you are mobility challenged). The property owner, Sybille, was extremely accommodating and hospitable. Property has an actual washer AND dryer (rare in Italy). Hair blow-dryer was provided (US hair blow dryers will not work in Europe). The property was over 100 years old, yet had all modern amenities. It felt charming, spacious and fit the aesthetic of the location. Highly recommend.

Incredible views, beautiful staff and perfect location!

First of all the location was perfect, so close to town. Secondly the staff were incredible! So easy to contact and communicate with! And finally the room was absolutely stunning. Exactly as pictured if not better, stunning view of Lake Como. Could not recommend enough!

Beautiful views, immaculately clean, provisions provided, e.g simple breakfast items, drinks etc, good shower, good communication throughout with friendly staff.

Only downside if you don’t like steps to get into main town area.

This property is a gem - we would definitely stay here again!

The hosts are lovely & they communicated very well throughout the process. The property is conveniently located to the train station and ferry point & the view from our apartment was absolutely stunning. The apartment was very clean and well furnished for what we needed (we were not there to cook, we just needed a place to gather in the evenings and sleep). Everything was in working order. If you need a taxi service, they will recommend an excellent one. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay

Location was great, near the train station and walking distance from the center. We had Levante room which was very clean, and had all the needed amenities and more. Room was very pretty and had lovely view to the lake and working air-con which was great as heat outside was something else when we visited. Everybody was so nice and helpfull. We hope we'll have a change to stay again sometime.

Literally we liked everything, wonderful amazing place. Breathtaking view Super clean Helpful and kind staff. Before booking i had my fears because there were no reviews on booking, but now I’m happy that I’m the first one to review this hidden amazing place. Above all it’s very near to the train station and boats station. The is the best place that we’ve ever stayed. Best holiday house ever, literally you’ll find everything ready, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, coffee maker, pates,….etc

Excellent location and easy to access from main road. Everything is well thought of. Excellent host. Basically you don’t need to bring anything for cooking etc. Wine is included. Btw wonderful choice of the wine from Chianti. This property gives you a star facility that makes your stay well taken care of. I hope I had time for a longer stay!

Walking up steep stairs to access from main road; but it is also because of this you will get a good view of the lake. it’s also quite common in the area that you don’t have an elevator to bring your luggage to the room.

L’accessibilité par un accès ruelle de type rampe en voiture difficile au niveau de la résidence: étroit et très fort dénivelé (possibilité de stationnement en bas au bord du lac) Malgré des déshumidificateurs : une petite odeur d’humidité Site que nous avons utilisé en octobre sans voisins : est ce aussi plaisant avec plus de monde ?

Een heerlijke plek op steenworp afstand van gezellig Bellano aan het prachtige comomeer!

Heel fijn en comfortabel appartement. De locatie is top! Mooi uitzicht over het COMOmeer en dichtbij het centrum en veerboot van gezellig Bellano. De host was super aardig en lief. De gratis wasmachine, droger en strijkplank bieden een uitkomst als je dit nodig hebt. Heel schoon en netjes! Bedden lagen zeer goed. Heerlijk verblijf gehad.
