Amazing villa with amazing terrace and amazing view to the lake. Amazing chef.

1. Giovanni was a very nice and helpful person. He never lets you down. 2. He came to the train station and brought us from there. Also when coming back, we couldn't find a taxi, so he took us back too by his car. 3. He prepared very delicious meals for us, in the manner of a professional chef 4. Upon arrival, he awaited us with delicious welcome drinks 5. Whenever I had a question, he answered immediately and answered the phone. He was always available 6. The view of the lake is priceless, so wonderful that you will have the experience of a lifetime. Amazing villa with amazing terrace and amazing view to the lake 7. He has a beautiful old WV car, you can try it.

A beautiful break away

Our stay with Giovanni and family was nothing short of perfect! From location, to comfort, to cleanliness, everything was excellent. Giovanni was a wonderful hoist, he was there whenever we needed him but left us lots of privacy and to do our own thing. Our apartment was so peaceful, and had some of the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen! Giovanni picked us up from Bellano train station, which we were not expecting, and give us a lovely tour and drive round Varenna, which we were also not expecting! I couldn’t recommend suite case lake view enough. Thankyou so much gio! :)

This place made our vacation much better! it was the best decision to choose this house for our stay ! everything about

an authentic and charming house with the best view over the lake! it just can’t get better than that . the apartment we got was very cozy, it had all the facilities for even a longer stay. the owners paid great attention to details. Every corner of this house and of the terrace was made wonderful for the guests to enjoy their stay. Giovanni the owner was super friendly with us from the very first moment we got in touch until the last. He loves what he is doing and we would definitely want to get back to his property again!

Amazing ! The best location ever, the appartement have a terrace with a incredible view and is close to everything. The host, Giovanni, help us with everything, he even took us to Varena in an amazing classic car, He is a super host. Definitely we gonna come back.

the place is just amazing. First of all, very good located, 5 min walk to the city center, 10 to train station. There is everything you may need: I noticed even a food processor or something like this. Inside was very warm even considering November freshness outside, and we know in Italy not so usual a very good hitting. Spotless clean, nice designed and with unbelievable gorgeous view. also there is a big terrace with tables, chairs and even swing. just under the terrace you can see a beautiful garden with lemons and other citrus trees. Everything is much better then on the pictures of property here though it looks very nice there. Giovanni the owner incredible nice person, we felt as a very welcomed guests. I hope we will get a chance to catch summer days at this property next year.

Superb and splendid

Giovanni is a great, friendly and helpful owner. He prepares tasty snacks and drinks at the bar on the property :). The apartment is well equipped with an impressive view and a beautiful huge private terrace in the garden. The terrace is perfectly equipped with all useful garden furniture. You can spend unforgettable moments here from morning to late evening. We will definitely remember our stay here for a long time. Free and safe parking is also a big advantage of the apartment (although some skills are required).

Even the exceptionally bad weather this year, unusual for summer at Lake Como, did not spoil our stay ... :)

It was amazing!

Giovanni (the host) is super friendly, extremely helpful and made everything uncomplicated and relaxed for us. The suite has EVERYTHING you need and even more, for example a panini maker. Meeting Giovanni is like seeing an old friend.

Exceptional

The location is absolutely brilliant. All restaurants and the city center within walking distance in 3 minutes. Breakfasts with the view of the lake, afternoons on the rocking bench and evenings with the light of the cities from the opposite side of the lake we will never forget. The host has responded to our every wish. Even during the boat trip, which we did already after leaving the villa, our cars were allowed to stay in the carports, because we did not want to look for parking in the city. In the villa you remain absolutely autonomous, because everything is there: fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and countless dishes and even the washing machine is in the bathroom. We wrn two families there. We lived in two apartments. We did not want to leave the villa. Thanks to the host for everything. Giovanni, Paola, you are the best.

Nostalgische Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht

Die Lage war sehr schön, alles in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Freundlicher Gastgeber, gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten für 5€/ Tag in der Unterkunft möglich.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer befahrenen Straße (bis in die Nacht ist es sehr laut) Die Zimmer sind etwas dunkel. Der Außenbereich könnte gepflegter sein. Die Liegen und Aufflagen sahen nicht sehr einladend aus..Zu teuer für dieses Ambiente.

Inolvidable!

Nos ha encantado. El lugar es perfecto. Tiene una terraza con vistas al lago estupenda para desayunar, comer y cenar fuera. La villa es muy cómoda y está muy bien decorada. Las estancias son muy amplias y tanto la habitación como el comedor tienen vistas al lago. La cama es comodisima y las sábanas muy suaves. La ubicación para nosotros es perfecta. A 7 minutos caminando del centro de Bellano. Lejos del bullicio pero muy cerca para tener todo a mano. Giovanni es el mejor anfitrión que he tenido nunca. Nos recogió en la estación al llegar y nos dio la bienvenida con una sorpresa, consiguiendo que nuestra llegada fuera inolvidable. Solo puedo decir cosas buena del apartamento.
