It’s All about location, it’s small and compact, the garden isn’t entirely private, as people can come and go etc but not a problem.

We had four wonderful relaxing nights here with time to unwind in the garden overlooking the lake and a little beach below for an evening swim. We were fortunate that no one was renting the neighbouring room so we had the outside space to ourselves. Caterina was lovely and helpful. Everything was fresh and clean and everything had been thought of. Lido, railway station, supermarket, bars, restaurants and town centre easy to walk to. Definitely recommend.

Magical place to stay. Tranquil and magnificent views from a private garden. Truly heaven. Hosts lovely people and very helpful and available. Apartment across from train station and short walk to shops and ferries.
Inside space is small. Maximum 3 people. Missing basic cooking supplies and lacks oven, toaster oven, or microwave. No air conditioning.
