土日月と二泊三日で利用しましたが、平日でないのに、予約出来て、たすかりました。
清潔で、禁煙で、ドリンクバー（ソフトドリンクと酒類）もあり、ウエルカム味噌ラーメン、一口スパゲッティ、一口ケーキなどの気遣いも素晴らしい。部屋には、冷蔵庫、冷凍庫、電子レンジ、電気ポット、ミネラルウォーターがありました。グラスやカップ類も清潔でした。アメニティも充実していました！
2泊だったのですが、２日目の朝、クリーニングやリネン交換を聞いてくださって、観光に出かけている間に、きれいにして、リネン交換やアメニティの追加もしてくださいました。スタッフの方々がとても感じよく、接遇バッチリでした。
細かいところに、いろいろと気遣いがあり、本当に気持ちよく、過ごせて、ゆっくりできました。コスパも最高、温泉宿に泊まる一泊分以下で2泊できました。また松本に再訪する際は、利用したいです。

車移動なら、中心からも、遠くないですし、周りにも、飲食店やコンビニなど、車ですぐのところに沢山ありました。
サービスのシャーベットがカチカチなので。コスト重視なら、バニラアイスとかでもいいような。
良くなかったとは思わないですが、ドリンクバーにエスプレッソマシーンがありましたが、美味しく頂きましたが、部屋に電気ポットやミネラルウォーターがあるので、スティックの安いインスタントコーヒーでいいので、ティーバッグと一緒に置いてくださると、さらに嬉しいです。
サービスしてくださってるのに、すみません。

lekker stil en zicht op de besneeuwde alpen van japan
locatie is afgelegen dus namen dan een taxi want stadje was te ver lopen.
de ingang was ook wat vreemd door de opslag van alle wasgoed,bedden etc....
