    Superd location of this ryokan. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights with full load where dinner and breakfast were served. All meals were served with variety of dishes and very delicious ! We were very happy with the onsen and glad we stayed here.

    Hotel is in a great location with responsive staff especially the young trainee(?) who checked me in & spoke perfect English. The hotel bathrooms are very dated and compact but the room itself was a reasonable size. Just a side note for the hotel restaurant where a great buffet breakfast was included - can you please do something about the constant high pitched ringing bell every time a customer walks in the door. It goes off every minute or two and is VERY ANNOYING - really put us off from our breakfast!

Staff were friendly and facilities met expectations, providing essential amenities. However, the overall value felt a bit lacking considering the price, which could be better aligned with the experience offered.
