    It's close to Matsumoto station and has convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The rooms are also clean.

    Amazing hotel in the heart of Matsumoto. Just a few minutes walking distance from either the bus terminal or the train station. We did all the major attractions on foot. Staff were friendly. The room was spacious enough for 2 suitcases and we didn’t feel cramped. The bed could be a bit more comfortable, we found the mattress a bit hard. The shower had excellent pressure. We enjoyed the complimentary ice cream. Lots of restaurants around the restaurant as well.

    Location :! It’s more than what most people mention 4 mins walk from train station. 7-10mins will be true. Bed: really comfortable and firm, my family had a good 3 nights sleep. Shower facilities: 5 ⭐️ for this! It’s onsen kind of shower where there’s this little stool and scoop. Also have a bathtub. Like the fact that the toilet area is separate out from shower area.

    they said that my partner could use the shared bath as long as he covered his tatoo with a free sticker they gave. but the sticker was poor quality and came off as soon as he entered the bath and everyone else in the room stared at him and made him feel very unwelcome. Moreover, when we went back to the reception to ask for one more sticker because his tatoo was too big for the small sticker they gave us, the staff member was was very dismissive and rude, even though we live in Japan and I spoke Japanese fluently. Hotel staff has a responsibility to treat all paying customers with the same degree of respect, no matter what they look like, and they should also be willing to help a foreign resident feel comfortable in the shared bath even if they have a tatoo--especially since tatoos are not associated with criminal behaviour in other countries. This kind of treatment towards foreign residents is offensive and injust.
