The Villa is fantastic, it exceeds even the beautiful pictures in the listing. It's clean, stylish, beautiful and has everything you may need. The host really has thought of your every need even for excursions, ironing for going to the restaurants or for just enjoying a meal at the villa. There are casting facilities in the TV, seasoning for your food, and the sofa in the living room is a sofa bed (in case there are snoaring people in the party...).
And the location is amazing, right on the beach but also right next to the restaurant and nightlife streets/center of Nice. Also close to the neighbouring picturesque harbor area of Port Lympia, where you'll also find the bus to Monaco (costs €1!). It was just perfect!
The queen beds have only one common spread. If two people sharing them are not couples it can get a bit intimate. ;-) The shower in the main bathroom does not have any possibility to fix the showerhead above your head, you need to hold it while you take your shower.
Both of these are details, I really have nothing seriously negative to say about the house.

Unmatched location for staying in Nice! We were there for the Semi-marathon and were so close to the action as well as all of the wonderful restaurants, bars and markets Nice has to offer. There were 5 of us in total and all had plenty of room! Clean, comfortable and a very calm experience. Would book again in a heartbeat!
The main bedroom is very noisy - especially on Friday and Saturday nights due to the proximity to the bars & beach. However, I think that is the price you pay for having the most stunning view of the beach & Castel. Items like toilet roll, soap and washing up tablets/liquids were scarce so my recommendation would be to supply more of these / bring your own. The place was incredibly clean however. There is also a €500 deposit to be paid prior to arrival - this is fine, but just a watch out as I was not aware of it beforehand.

The location was excellent, couldn’t have asked to be closer to the buzz of the old town. The apartment was also very spacious over three floors, very clean.
Only complaint would be noise from the road. But the view from the veranda windows is worth it!
