Spacious Loft, Duplex, Old Town, 3 bedrooms - EASY CHECK-IN

L’emplacement en plein coeur du vieux Nice c’est top, on peut tout faire à pieds. Belle déco de l’appartement, on s’y sent bien. Les lits sont très confortables. Serviettes de bains à disposition.

Les propriétaires n’ont pas été arrangeant concernant l’heure du check-in et du check-out. Aucune intimité dans l’appartement, toutes les chambres sont ouvertes, le sol grince sur la mezzanine cela fait du bruit en pleins milieu de la nuit quand on va aux toilettes. La hauteur sous plafond de la mezzanine est trop basse, mon mari s’est cogné plusieurs fois. Nous n’avons pas trouvé le fer à repasser, heureusement que nous en avions apporté un.

Good locality for access to food, beach and entertainment. Generally a good space.

Upstairs ceilings are very low (difficult for people over 5’4 to access) and both toilets are tiny - no basin to wash hands upstairs. Only one large separate bathroom downstairs. Sleeping spaces were not ideal for our traveling party of 6. It was difficult to get our bags up the steep loft upstairs. 2 of the “rooms” upstairs are loft style rooms - we were expecting one. No storage or hanging space in the “bedroom” downstairs. Not a good location for sleep as there was lots of noise outside throughout the night. Kitchen had many pieces of chipped and cracked crockery.

The instruction were not written in the app booking. They were sent by email. is confusing.

Shower was really bad the drain clog (since the 1st day floor full of water), dryer machine was left full and was not able to use it, area is very nosily even all night and even up to 4 AM (nobody from city take care of drunk people).
