Location is great, right in the heart of old town Nice. Rooftop terasse is great.
Apartment is on the 6th floor with a rooftop terasse and no elevator. That is quite challenging when you have luggage

Fantastic location, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Unusual to have a terrace in the old town, which was appreciated. Really liked the flat.
While the terrace was great in terms of providing outdoor space, the cover is falling apart, exposing it to the sun. As the flat is south facing, there was quite intense sun from early in the morning till evening, making it harder to enjoy in June weather. Also to note, upstairs bedroom (opening to the living/kitchen area) doesn’t have AC. You can leave the door open to cool it down, but might be privacy issue for some

Fantastic apartment with a superb location 1 block away from the beach, supermarkets, and amazing restaurants. The hosts communicated throughout our stay and provided clear instructions to retrieve the keys prior to check in which we really appreciated. Would definately stay again!

While I was nervous about getting the keys from a separate location, in reality, it was super easy! There were absolutely no issues!
