l'hôtel a bien situé a cote (برج الساعة ) et la réception et l'accueil c'était très magnifique et le check in était rapidement, la chambre était génial et tres propre et climatisée , j'ai trouvé tout les services tres proche 10 mnt a marché pour rendre porte king fahd et burj l'horloge

المكان قريب جدا من الحرم في الذهاب سهل في العوده صعب جدا لوجود مطلع جبل ومنحدر شديد
الموظفه بالاستقبال محترمه بالتعامل جدا باقي العاملين للاسف غير متعاونين خاصه سائق سياره الجولف
الغرف صغيره جدا والحمامات والغرفه غير نظيفه
المكان علي مطلع جبل مثل معظم الفنادق حوله ولكن سياره الجولف لا تتحرك كثيرا وننتظر كثيرا لتأتي رغم صغر المسافه وتم الشكوي من ذلك ولم يتغير شئ
