There was no breakfast provided by the host but agreeable locations for breakfast were in easy reach.
The carpet in the entrance room had seen better days and should be replaced by something of better quality.

Great base for Brighton and local area. Friendly village and interesting shops/cafes and eating establishments. Loved the bathroom amenities. Very well equipped kitchen.
Great shower and bathroom but being wet room, floor gets very wet after shower so it is very slippery to use toilet etc afterwards as extractor fan does not dry floor quickly. Sofa was not very comfortable as being sofa bed, frame around edges very hard and seat sank but the chair was fine.
