Full house in main street with good eateries nearby. Shower great. House is both quaint but modern with no issues. Kitchen was good. Bed comfy, Parking easy enough in street behind house. Free and seems to always have free spots. Good central location for the Downes and Sussex. Traffic noise was not a problem when sleeping on in evening and during the day.

Don't know air fryer so microwave could have helped. Couldn't really understand back access seemed to be across other people's backyards. Stairs to bedrooms would be steep to those with mobility problems.

A friend and I were on a gravel biking trip aiming to spend 3 days cycling on the South Downs. The property gave us a great location, a shed at the back to store our bikes securely, a laundry and a nice garden to wash and dry biking stuff in the sun, two comfortable bedrooms, a lovely living area downstairs, a very nice bathroom and shower, good wifi and all of the kitchen facilities you could desire - although we ate out every night as there is an excellent choice of great places to eat and drink very close to the property (Village Pizza, Hop Tub, Nupur). The village is lovely and within easy distance of the downs and the sea at Brighton. It was ideal.

One warning is that this is a cute cottage and the stairs are quite narrow and steep. And the bathroom is downstairs so you need to take case if you have mobility issues or need night time trips for a pee. Although good night lights were provided.
