Spacious apartment - 4BR 10P - Place d'Italie

The flat is in a good location, rather close to the metro and in a great, quiet neighbourhood. There's a small park nearby. All amenities were good, the beds and pillows comfortable, enough storage space, enough kitchenware, nice towels and toiletries. Big, nice living room for evening gatherings. Good communication with the hosts.

This place has no windows, I don't understand how not all reviews start with this piece of info. You practically enter the flat directly from the street, as if you entered a shop, That exterior "wall" is made entirely of windows, again as in a shop, but they are partly glazed and covered with dark curtains, as they look out onto the pavement. The bedrooms and bathrooms, however, are at the back of the place so they have no windows at all. Which means there's no light AND no air, only the fans. For us it was quite disturbing, as it was hot and we had to keep the entrance door open to get some fresh air in the evening and early morning. Also, there aren't 3 full bathrooms as one of them doesn't have a toilet. Plus, after the reservation became non-refundable we were asked for a big deposit which wasn't clearly mentioned anywhere as far as I could find.

L'appartement se trouve dans un quartier tranquille, au carrefour de trois lignes de métro et à proximité de plusieurs restaurants, épiceries, cavistes, etc. Un bel endroit pour un beau séjour.

En pleine canicule, l'appartement était particulièrement chaud, surtout qu'il n'y a pas de circulation d'air (bien qu'il y ait des ventilateurs). J'ajouterais qu'il serait pratique d'ajouter quelques produits comme de l'huile, du sel, du sucre, etc. pour constituer un très modeste fonds commun pour la cuisine à l'appartement.
