Large living room, two bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, close to Metro, central

Large apartment in a great location. Easy to get to shops, sights and the park. Has laundry, a small balcony and full size kitchen to cook in.

When we checked in the shower drained slowly and we brought it to the attention of the owner who was very responsive and mentioned it might be slow but should work fine. The following day the problem got worse and the owner was responsive sending a plumber. Unfortunately the problem was not resolved during our stay but we felt confident the owner was doing everything they could to rectify the issue. Unfortunately, despite telling us a they would refund a portion of our stay for all of the problems, the owner has since stopped replying to my message following up on this 10 days after the stay.

Der Gastgeber Roberto war stets für uns erreichbar und hat die festgestellten Mängel rasch und zu unserer Zufriedenheit beseitigen können. Danke Roberto! Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut und die Größe des Appartements war für uns 3en optimal. Check-in/-out sehr flexibel und problemlos.

Die Küche war beim Bezug nicht sauber (gebrauchte Lappen, Wasserkocher voll mit Kalkrückständen), Geschirrspüler defekt, Badeteppiche gebraucht zur Verfügung gestellt), jedoch hat sich Roberto sofort der Sache angenommen, unser Geschirr waschen lassen und dafür gesorgt, dass am nächsten Werktag der defekte Geschirrspüler getauscht wurde. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt hat alles-auch die Wassertemperatur-wieder gepasst!
