The location was very convenient as we were able to see all the important parts of Milan and it was only walking distance away from us. Loved the coffee making machine and the two bathrooms as it allowed us to spread out more. The host is incredibly helpful and kind and was just a text away when we needed anything at all. Couldn’t recommend this place enough

Host was really friendly and helpful. Big spacious living room. Bedrooms are big enough, and two bathrooms is nice. Bathrooms were also really nice.
The elevator system made us think it was broken, but the host informed us how to get it to properly work after we had already walked up all the stairs. Wasn't the property's fault, just wish we knew that before hand.

Der Gastgeber Roberto war stets für uns erreichbar und hat die festgestellten Mängel rasch und zu unserer Zufriedenheit beseitigen können. Danke Roberto! Die Lage fanden wir sehr gut und die Größe des Appartements war für uns 3en optimal. Check-in/-out sehr flexibel und problemlos.
Die Küche war beim Bezug nicht sauber (gebrauchte Lappen, Wasserkocher voll mit Kalkrückständen), Geschirrspüler defekt, Badeteppiche gebraucht zur Verfügung gestellt), jedoch hat sich Roberto sofort der Sache angenommen, unser Geschirr waschen lassen und dafür gesorgt, dass am nächsten Werktag der defekte Geschirrspüler getauscht wurde. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt hat alles-auch die Wassertemperatur-wieder gepasst!
