The Space:
You will absolutely LOVE this space. Here's why...
• Be at the heart of all the events. The perfect downtown location. Just open your door and you're there!
• Historic downtown Appleton building fully remodeled with industrial-modern feel.
• Need a quiet workspace? Ask about utilizing our first floor Co-Working open concept office space.
• Traveling performer at the PAC? You can't possibly get any closer than here! Literally a 1 minute walk from our door to the stage door.
• Endless recommendations for things to do, places to go, things to eat when you stay downtown.
• Free parking space (parking pass included in each unit for the parking lot behind the building)
*The unit does have a portable A/C unit installed in the summer months - there is one in the living room and a window unit in one of the bedrooms. However, the 2nd bedroom windows do not open and allow for an A/C unit to be installed. We are working to get this resolved asap, in the meantime we have provided an extra fan along with an air cooling fan to help with airflow*
Guest Access:
You have private access via a keypad lock to the spaces upstairs, so that will let you come and go uninterrupted on your own. However, should any questions arise, we are just a phone call or text message away.

Appleton is one of the few Midwest downtowns left that continue to thrive and grow. With great restaurants, awesome wine shops, a close public library, an amazing performing arts center and the best farmers market north of Madison, THIS is where you want to be. Not to mention an awesome night life downtown scene!

This location is located centrally in Appleton, Wisconsin. The place looks like a cute downtown apartment and very detailed. The place was very clean and so detailed. The owner was very kind to allow for an early check in so we can get ready for a 4 pm wedding. Would recommend this to other VRBOers.

Very responsive owners, helpful when I had a couple of questions, clean apartment with everything you need. Nice downtown Appleton area with plenty of places to eat good food, explore some breweries if that’s your thing, and get some great desserts! Some noise at night from cars driving downtown, but nothing too crazy! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area!
