Comfortable and cozy, Moderate apartment, fabulous location. Furnished with fine furniture of Tuscan leather. A reminder of the celebrated leather jackets and purses in the nearby famous shopping street Via Tornabuoni. Fine antiques and florentine-style decoration echo the history of Florence.
Lounge on the terrace where you can sip an expresso or a glass of wine. It is shared with the adjoining Lucrezia apartment that is VRBO 3184966.
The small and complete kitchen is joined to the living room by a dinning table for 4 and French doors that open up for a view of San Trinita with its famous frescoes.
Bedroom 1 has a beautiful, large antique armoire. The second bedroom's window overlooks via del Parione.
For larger groups we suggest renting the Matilde apartment in conjunction with the Lucrezia apartment across the hall.
Things To Note:
For larger groups Matilde can be joined together with the Lucrezia apartment next door through a common foyer.
Elevator is small
Terrace is shared with the Lucrezia apartment next door. Entry to terrace is in a common area between the two apartments.
Check in/out: Check in 3pm-6pm, by appointment. Check out by 10:30am.
Late check in by advance arrangement at a fee of €10/hour after the standard end-time of 6pm. Payable in cash to greeter on arrival.
