G24 - Luxurious & Cozy Stay Inspired by Freedom

The location was excellent, because it is situated near two metro stations. The apartment was modern and the majority of the facilities were correctly functioning.

It would take at least three minutes for the warm water to come, there was no hot water. The neighbors on the superior floor were noisy. Some facilities had minor issues.

I booked the apartment for my parents and they were impressed by the facilities and cleanlineas

I tried to extend my parents’ stay by 2 nights, but instead of assistance, I was redirected to contact Booking support or make a new reservation (minimum stay was 4 nights, which was not suitable). Despite explaining that I had just had surgery and I am hospitalized there was no empathy or flexibility. I followed their instructions and contacted Booking, who, after a 18 min wait, confirmed the extension and sent me a confirmation email. However, the property later claimed they had not received it and, shortly after, informed me the apartment was no longer available as it had been given to someone else. I did not ask for any special treatment—only to extend the stay following their guidance. The overall attitude and lack of coordination were beyond disappointing.
