Παρόλο που δεν είναι στο κέντρο ήταν πολύ κοντά στις συγκοινωνίες, οι οποίες είναι εξαιρετικές στο Βουκουρέστι. Ακριβώς δίπλα υπάρχει ένα εμπορικό καθώς και η στάση του τραμ και κάποιων λεωφορείων. Η στάση του μετρό είναι λίγο πιο κάτω, θέλει κανένα 5λεπτο τουλάχιστον περπάτημα. Ζεστό νερό είχε συνέχεια και ήταν φωτεινό.
Δεν υπήρχε κρεμάστρα για τις πετσέτες στο μπάνιο, πέρα από το καλοριφερ που ήταν τύπου βέργες αλλά ήταν δίπλα στην λεκάνη της τουαλέτας και δεν με βόλευε προσωπικά. Θα ήθελα να έχει και μια κουρτίνα σκίασης στο παράθυρο της κουζίνας γιατί ο ήλιος έπεφτε ακριβώς στο πρόσωπο μας όταν ξαπλώναμε στο κρεβάτι και ήταν λίγο ενοχλητικό.
