great location for us being close to the office nice and cozy apartment

staff not helpful/ I was under the impression she did not know much about the apartment - she asked me about the size of it at some point when we re talking about cleaning (I guess there is someone looking for more apartments…?! no idea…) and got no idea if and when can someone from the cleaning come (our stay was longer than 10 days) and she was kind of rude on the phone when I asked if there is a possibility to extend our stay and have someone coming in between these 2 to help us with the room (changing sheets, bringing some fresh towels and so on) She also seemed to have no idea how long does it take the cleaning per se, but she will text me when it s done. Nothing wrong in here we were just looking for an estimate:) 1 single set of keys and the access in the building is not possible if you don t have the keys (for e.g. first time when we got there…we had to wait for someone to enter inside…or in the case one of the 2 has the keys you can’t get inside…those 2 PIN codes advised by the host are not working…) very cold in the winter…but you can resist if you use the AC. hot water.. you have to wait for it:)
