Location, great view, cozy room
The key fob was barely functioning. We were locked out of the building so many times. We had to ask front desk to open the gates for us.

The apt is perfect for a couple, very clean, well appointed, bright and comfortable. Good location to explore the city, walking by metro or bus. Great view of the city, water and mountains. Nice comfy bed and nice bath. Easy communication with host. Many options nearby to eat out as well as pharmacy, grocers, etc.
Not a big issue and it is easy to avoid but be aware that a few blocks away there is an area that is not very nice to walk by, but it is very easy to avoid and there are no issues close to the building. The host is very upfront about this. I would stay here again without hesitation.
