    We stayed for 3 night and were so happy to leave. While the hotel looks very nice, the service of the staff was so bad, we have never experienced anything like this. Roomservice didnt come after calling 3 times! We literally called at 12pm, 1pm and then we needed to leave for lunch and called again at 7pm but they just didnt come. Unreal. Waiters in the restaurant just didnt want to work. They didnt even bring us a menu! Only after being seated for over 15 min and calling them 3 times they brought the menu! The service staff at the pool also brought the menu only after asking 3-4 times. Literally took over 30 mins to get a menu from them. Then we placed a order and they just didnt bring it!! Lastly the guy that was supposed to come pick up our luggage for check out also didnt come! We have never ever experienced bad service like this. This hotel is not worth 5 stars at all! Wouldnt recommend this hotel to anybody!
