The space
6 miles to Pensacola Beach, .5 mile to Live Oak Nature Preserve, 14 miles to airport
This beautifully renovated home on a quiet street with peekaboo views of Pensacola Bay offers a perfect place for guests to spread out and enjoy their own private pool and hot tub while being only 6 miles to the white sand of Pensacola Beach. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, features a fully stocked eat in kitchen, dining room, snack bar, and outdoor dining table. The house will accommodate up to 9 guests.
Kitchen/dining:
The fully stocked kitchen allows you to prepare any meal at home. Snack bar has 4 stools, the breakfast table has 4 chairs, and the dining room table seats 6. The electric oven has an airfryer setting. The gas grill on the back patio is near the outdoor dining table seating 7.
Bedrooms:
The home features four bedrooms. The ensuite main bedroom has a king bed and is spacious enough to accommodate a pack n play. The split floor plan puts 3 guest bedrooms with a full bathroom off the hallway. Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and the bunk room is a twin over full. Each bedroom is equipped with its own Roku smart TV and spacious closet.
Pool/Hot tub:
Shallow end is 6” deep and extends 7’ out to steps that run the width of the pool, great for those little swimmers. While the deep end is 7’, perfect for the adventurous ones. Underwater lights on a switch create a wonderful night swim. The hot tub seats 6 adults and is drained and refilled after each guest. The pool is cleaned 1x per week.
Outdoor:
The outdoor couch facing the pool seats 4-5 with the Roku smart TV. 40'x20' sport court with Megaslam basketball hoop and pickle ball net. Pool side seating offers two loungers with table and two Adirondack chairs with table. The shed stores the paddle boards, paddles, foam top surfboards, skimboards, kid’s kayak, and bikes.
Surrounding Area:
The region is surrounded by shoreline and the Naval Live Oaks Nature Preserve. There are 7.5 miles of walking/biking trails with access .5 mile from the house.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in such a great location! We had 7 adults and two children and there was plenty of room and the pool was awesome - the kids loved it! This property had everything - games, pool toys, boogie boards, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals and we were close to many restaurants if we wanted to eat out. Our host Ben answered any questions we had throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property if you want to visit the beautiful beaches here in Pensacola!
