The space:
This central location is an excellent home base to experience all activities that Pensacola has to offer. The neighborhood is charming, quiet, and safe. There are excellent restaurants nearby and all along the short drive to Downtown.
The Blue Angels Practice on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings in the Spring/Fall/Summer months. They fly low over the house so watch from the backyard!
If you brought your clubs, the country club and golf course is located 1/2-mile down the road.
The large dining room table is perfect for working/studying - military/flight students welcome!
All bedrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd stories. Stairs to the 3rd story bedroom and living room are accessed through the master bedroom. All bedrooms have locks, fans, A/C, clothes storage and smart TVs.

The entire house and backyard is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.

There are 2 stairs required to enter the house.

Our stay included 2 households (all 7 adults) & 1 dog. Our experience was great from the moment we booked. Bailey (the host) was very responsive to each question & concern. The house was exactly as stated in the online description. Our drive to Pensacola Beach, or even Perdido Beach, was only about 20 minutes. The property has lots of restaurant, coffee & grocery store options within a 5 minute drive. We would definitely stay here again if we need that many beds on a future trip!

Cozy cottage for six adults on a professional retreat. The home is in excellent order and coms with Bailey were seamless. Excellent location to meeting at NAS.

The house was clean & had plenty of space for our entire family. Big fenced in yard was perfect for our kids. Close to all surrounding beaches and Walmart. This house will be our spot again for next year.
