“You won’t find another place like this” The Fairpoint house is in an amazing quiet neighborhood with beautiful large trees, great paths for walking or taking a bike ride. You will love that you are just minutes to parks, the boat landing, Pensacola beach and our beautiful historical downtown Pensacola. After a fun day out, you can enjoy a private large home to call your own during your sunny Florida stay! The kitchen has all major appliances, great seating to have dinner or some wine and laughs while preparing some of our Florida favorites. After dinner you will love the great screened in patio room to kick back and relax.

The house was nice and conveniently located we had a problem with the air but that was fixed after a few hours. Really had no contact with anyone from the rental company after the air issue or any time during our stay.

The House was well stocked with everything we needed. Dishes, towels, games, books and cookware. I really enjoyed the comfort of this home. It made feel at home.

Communication with the manager was seamless and quick, very accommodating, clean, cool, spacious. Location was perfect for our group and plans. Had a slight maintenance issue that was fixed promptly and quickly. Definitely will consider this property on future visits.

This house is a 10/10. I cannot stress this enough how cozy BIG and beautiful the house was. It was truly a home away from home! I hope this house is available when I go back on vacation!
