It’s located on the 2nd floor of a historic building without an elevator, in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by all the amenities travelers need.
A Casa di Giulia is a loft—a single open space—that has been completely and tastefully renovated and equipped with every comfort.
It features a bedroom with a French-style double bed and a hypoallergenic latex mattress, topped with a 5 cm memory foam topper for the utmost comfort.
Two sets of pillows, varying in softness, as well as bedspreads and comforters of different textures, are provided to ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The kitchen features a two-burner induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a complete set of pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery, and all the utensils needed for cooking.
The bathroom has a large window, a walk-in shower with a showerhead, 3 soft terry cloth towels of different sizes for each guest, a welcome kit with shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion, a complimentary hair dryer, a cabinet under the sink with a first-aid kit.
The apartment features a 43" Philips Full HD SMART TV, which allows you to watch Netflix and Amazon Prime Video using your own account, in addition to our already active one, there are power strips, including some with USB ports, for easily charging your devices, an air conditioner, and Wi-Fi.
