This warm T2 apartment, located on the first floor, was carefully renovated in 2024 to harmoniously combine modern comfort and an old-inspired decoration.
Upon entering the apartment, a corridor leads you first to the bedroom, located at the back. This layout guarantees peace and tranquility for restful nights. The bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm double bed for your comfort, creating a welcoming space conducive to rest.
After the bedroom, you will find the modern bathroom, which has a large shower and a cabinet with double sinks and toilet.
Finally, the spacious and bright living room awaits you on the street side, offering a breathtaking view of the belfry. This space includes a fully equipped kitchen and a living room ideal for resting after a walk in the historic old town.

Ideally located in the heart of the old Boulogne, this accommodations are at the foot of the belfry and the historic square, a stone's throw from the majestic cathedral (300 m) and very close to the Porte des Dunes, access point to the picturesque ramparts promenade. You will also be only 500 meters from the city center of Boulogne-sur-Mer, offering you the tranquility and charm of the old town while remaining close to the amenities and animation of the center.
